Bipasha Basu's Top Movies List

I first saw bipasha basu in video album of sonu nigam.Next she debuted in movie called ajnabee , slowly she rose in her acting career and today is one of biggest stars of Indian film industry.

Here is list of her top movies according to me :

1) Ajnabee :


Ajnabee is movie  based on two couples. Good one being bobby deol and kareena kapoor while bad one being akshay kumar and bipasha basu. Bipasha basu is introduced as wife of akshay kumar who tries to seduce bobby deol. Bipasha basu is actually girl friend of akshay kumar. They have a plan to murder akshay's wife and want to frame bobby deol in the murder.As per plan first akshay proposes wife swapping which doesnot work. Never the less , they still manage to get bobby deol framed.

Akshay kumar got his first award in negative role while bipasha basu grabbed her award as best actress debutant.

2) Raaz :

Like many bollywood movies this one too was inspired from some hollywood flick called 'what lies beneath'. Based on story of couple bipasha basu-dino morea , the movie has ghost angle in it.

Bipasha was praised by critics for her acting skills in the movie and this movie remains one of biggest hit of her career. She was nominated for best actress category for this movie.

3) Jism :

The movie which introduces bipasha's real life boyfriend in bollywood. Jism is about greedy bipasha who seduces john abhraham  and convinces him to murder her own husband.

Bipasha plays a woman who knows how to use her body to her advantage . She not only gets her husband killed by hire hitman to get john killed once she gets what she wants from him. John survives and in turn confronts bipasha basu. Bipasha shoots john who manages to shoot bipasha in return.

Bips got nominated in negative role category while john got nominated in debutant category for the movie.

4) Race :

Race is high paced thriller and ironically one of few movies which has all characters in gray. The story is about two step brothers played by saif ali khan and akshay khanna. Saif is successful business man while akshay is alcoholic. Saif is dating bipasha basu who plays upcoming model.

Akshay in drunkard stage confesses that he likes bipasha basu. Saif decides to leave bipasha basu so that akshay khanna can get married to her. Both get married and akshay khanna proposes plan to killing saif to get $100 million worth insurance. He propose $20 million share to bipasha. She agrees and saif is shown getting killed .

Now story has a twist with katrina kaif claiming to be wife of saif who in entitled to get $100 million money . It turns out that katrina kaif is girlfriend of akshay khanna. After getting the money , he hires hit man to kill bipasha basu. Just when you think bipasha would have get killed , saif ali khan re emerges and saves her (typical bollywood style).

Now it is time for saif to reveal his game plane. Actually he plants bipasha basu in akshay khanna's life. Both akshay and saif agree to go for car race for one last time in which akshay-katrina get killed and saif-bips get $200 million worth money.$100 million by fake death of saif and $100 million for death of akshay khanna (whose wife is bipasha basu)

Anil kapoor plays role of corrupted cop who arranges for clearance of both saif (Fake) death and akshay khanna's death.

5) Corporate :

Arguably the best role of bipasha till date , corporate is movie of madhukar bhandarkar. Corporate is story of two rival business groups . It shows lack of values , political nexus , using media to advantage , bribing NGOs . In typical madhukar style it shows gray shades of corporate world.

Bipsa basu plays role of vice president of one of business firms. She is ambitious young lady who is loyal to her organization. She falls in love with senior vice president of her company who is also brother in law of chairman.

Her company lands into trouble when report about their soft drink containing pesticide in made public.Their rival firm plays role in getting the news public. Emotional bipasha owns up responsibility and faces charges. Her boyfriend has been assured by chairman that she would be released soon. When he comes to know that they have been used , he threatens to go public with actual facts. Chairman gets him killed. Meanwhile both corporate giants reach a compromise while bipasha basu remains in jail to fight her case alone.
