Kareena Kapoor's Top Five

Kareena kapoor is one of leading actresses of bollywood. Belonging to first family of bollywood ,kareena is more often in news for her affair with saif ,these days than for her movies. But Kareena kapoor is one of very good actresses of India.

Here by I am listing top five roles which kareena has done till date. These are my personal favorites.

1) Refugee :

This was first movie of kareena kapoor. This introduced abhishek bachchan , son of mega star amitabh bachchan. Kareena Kapoor plays pakistani girl in the movie. Inspite of being her first movie , she did justify her role and it remains one of best works of kareena kapoor. The movie was not a commerical success but it did introduced two stars with great future at that time.

2) Ashoka :

Kareena Kapoor got opportunity to work against badshah of bollywood , early in her career with ashoka. Ashoka was dream project of king khan. It didn't do wonders in the boxoffice but kareena was hailed for her acting in the movie. She plays shahrukh khan's love interest in the movie.

3) Chameli :

According to kareena kapoor , this was most challenging role in her career so far. Kareena plays a prostitute in the movie who meets a stranger ,rahul bose (plays investment banker) on alleyway. The movie has interesting script where two characters , who are world apart meet .The investment bankers learns few things about life from prostitute in the movie. Kareena kapoor was hailed by critics for her role in the movie.She also won filmfare award for her role.

4) Aitraaz :

Kareena plays wife of akshay kumar in the movie. Akshay is framed on rape charges by his ex girlfriend who coincidently becomes his boss too. Like typical bollywood movie ,lawyer of akshay is tried to be killed by priyanka chopra's man and Kareena kapoor who is also alawyer fights case for her husband and wins in the end. The movie was commerical success .

5) Jab We Met :

She starred opposite her ex lover shahid kapoor in the movie. Ironically the director wanted to show real life couple's chemistry in reel life. Previous attempts of other directors had failed . The director succeeded in showing the chemistry but by the time movie got released , kareena-shahid had parted the way.

Kareena kapoor plays a adventourous punjabi girl while shahid plays a shophisticated serious person . While kareena kapoor is loud , happy go lucky kinds , shahid is straight face who has been ditched by her girlfriend.

Both meet in train and then story evolves. Kareena did wonders with this movie and rightly got award for it.
